Technician Full Time

Requirements

• “O” level with a Diploma/Trade Test as Millwright
• Proven knowledge and experience regarding preventative maintenance and fault finding on food handling equipment, fillers, Sterilizers, Homogenizers, Automatic Valves, regular and aseptic tanks
• At least 4 years’ applicable experience in the #FMCG environment
• Sound communication skills and people skills
• Must be prepared to work overtime, weekends and on public holidays
• Willingness to share knowledge and experience with young Artisans and to assist with training.
• Team player

Responsibilities

• Performing all preventative maintenance on Tetra Pak aseptic carton brick machines and Rotary Fillers
• Repairing breakdowns on process equipment and filling machines ensuring machine avail-ability
• Performing preventative and corrective maintenance on Ultra High Temperature sterilizers, homogenizers, and Pasteurizers
• Responsible for general plant maintenance as required
• Repairs and maintenance of instrumentation and process control equipment
• Perform standby duties
• Ensure high standard of machine operation
• Complete job cards and update records
