• Handling employee queries and grievances
• Promoting a positive workplace culture
• Ensuring open communication between staff and management
3. HR Administration
• Maintaining employee records and databases
• Managing attendance, leaves, and punctuality
• Preparing HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, offer letters)
4. Performance Management
• Supporting appraisal processes
• Maintaining performance records
• Assisting in setting KPIs and tracking achievements
5. Training and Development
• Identifying training needs
• Coordinating training sessions or workshops
• Tracking employee development and certifications
6.Compliance and Policy Enforcement
• Ensuring company policies comply with labor laws
• Updating HR policies when required
• Enforcing organizational rules and procedures
7. Payroll and Benefits Support
• Coordinating with finance for salary processing
• Handling employee benefits, insurance, and reimbursements
• Ensuring timely and accurate payroll inputs
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration/Social Science.
• Minimum:5 years’ work experience
